The 75 B wears the Large
The CZ 75 B carries a 4.60" barrel, and barrels over 4" need the Large shell's longer mold. The pancake mold hugs the trigger guard and slide, retention adjusts at the wing posts, and the open bottom clears threaded barrels and compensators.
