Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what it takes to build and ship your order, and nothing we collect is for sale. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered. When you write to the shop we collect what you send us — name, email, phone, and your message. We never see or store full card numbers; payment details go directly to the payment processor at launch.
Your uploaded artwork
Graphics you upload in the Custom Shop are used for exactly one thing: printing your holster. We don't reuse, resell, or publish your art, and we delete production files on request. You must own the rights to what you upload — see the terms.
Cookies & local storage
Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage — it never leaves your device until you check out. We use analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog, and our own first-party events) to understand which pages and prints people use; these tools set their own cookies. We don't sell personal data.
Who we share with
Only what fulfilment requires: the shipping carrier gets your name and address; the payment processor handles your payment. No data brokers, no advertising lists.
Retention & your choices
Order records are kept as long as the lifetime warranty runs. Email shop@freedomholsters.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (warranty records excepted where we must keep them).
