The G22 wears the Large
The Glock G22 carries a 4.49" barrel, and barrels over 4" need the Large shell's longer mold. The pancake mold hugs the trigger guard and slide, retention adjusts at the wing posts, and the open bottom clears threaded barrels and compensators.
