This badge holder is custom made for an oval shield badge. The FOMI clip is the plastic clip you see pictured. The Monoblock is a metal clip. This was specifically designed to be worn on a belt. There are not holes for ball chain to be worn around the neck. Send us an email if you would prefer the option to do both. We will create it. Do you work for another department?
